Service and authorised use
DXIORA AI is a business-to-business software platform for authorised clinics, nursing homes, hospitals and their approved personnel. The subscribing facility is responsible for user authorisation, clinical governance, lawful patient-data handling and the accuracy of information entered into the platform.
Clinical decision support
DXIORA AI provides doctor-supervised decision support. Gemini, OCR and rule-based outputs are advisory and must not be treated as an autonomous diagnosis, prescription or emergency-care decision. Final clinical decisions remain with the registered treating professional.
Subscription and account
A hospital signup account must be created before payment. The hospital workspace is activated only after payment or subscription authorisation is verified by DXIORA, or after a complimentary pilot is granted by the Super Admin. Plan limits, duration, taxes and setup charges are shown before checkout.
Hospital integrations
A hospital may connect its own SMS, payment, Tally, POS, printer, scanner and other supported integrations. The hospital remains responsible for its provider contracts, API credentials, patient consent, DLT obligations, charges and compliance.
Suspension and termination
DXIORA may suspend access for non-payment, security risk, misuse or expiry. Clinical data is not automatically deleted merely because a subscription is suspended or terminated; export, retention and deletion are handled according to applicable agreement and law.
